1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup eanuts
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:

In a quart dish, mix sugar and corn syrup. Microwave 4 minutes, mix in peanuts. Microwave 4 minutes. Mix in butter and vanilla. Microwave 1 minute. Mix in soda and pour onto a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil. Spread thin and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
Please note: Watch no to over heat and burn candy. Use caution when mixing and pouring candy. It will be very hot.
