2 qts. Potatoes, diced
1 c. Water
2 Eggs, hard cooked, sliced
8 slices Bacon
1/2 c. Bacon Drippings
1 c. Onions, chopped
3 T. Flour
2 T. Sugar
3/4 c. Vinegar
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in their skins. When tender drain, peel and cube. Cut bacon into one-inch pieces; fry until crisp. Cook onions until golden yellow in bacon drippings; then add flour, sugar, salt, pepper, celery seed, water and vinegar. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Pour over diced potatoes and slices of egg in 3 qt. casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 325.
