Elbow Macaroni
Velveeta Cheese
Sour cream
1 small can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as usual. Brown canned mushrooms in butter or oleo and a dash of garlic powder. Add sour cream to moisten, and the mushrooms. Over low heat, add enough Velveeta to taste. Serve immediately.

Growing up my brother and I didn't know there was boxed macaroni and cheese since this was the only way my mom made it. Tyson was a great fan of this mac and cheese when he was a little boy and could make it himself by the time he was six.
