2 cans of blueberry Pie Filling
2 cans of pineapple (crushed)
1 box of Yellow cake mix
1 stick of melted butter
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 can (or bottle) of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Pour pineapple in baking dish and top with blueberries. Cover with cake mix. Open beer; drink some... Pour butter over top and sprinkle with pecan halves or chopped pecans (I prefer chopped) Place in oven. Sit and drink rest of beer. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

This is my mother's recipe that we had this a lot when I was growing up. Carried on the tradition with my family. Really great dessert... with a nice treat, the beer! Of course, you can substitute a glass of wine, a cocktail, whatever you choose...
