1st layer
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour(plain)
1 stick of butter

2nd layer
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 carton cool whip (9 or 100 oz)
1 cup powdered sugar

3rd layer
2 3oz pkg. instant pudding (any kind you like)
3 cups milk

Directions:

Melt butter in long layer pan. Mix flour and pecans and pat over bottom.Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool before adding next layer.
Cream the sugar and cream cheese then add 1 cup cool whip. Spread over crust. Mix the 2 pudding mixes with the milk. Beat until thickens. Spread over other layer. Spread the rest of the cool whip over the top. Chill. To serve, cut in several squares
