1 lb. Italian seasoned Ground Turkey, 1 clove Garlic minced, 1/2 yellow Onion diced, 1 red green, yellow peppers diced, 2 whole Zucchini sliced, 1 head Broccoli in flowerets, 1/2 lb. Portebello Mushrooms, 1 T. Olive Oil, 2-14oz. cans Stewed Italian Tomatoes, 1tsp. dried Louisiana Cajun Seasoning, 1 T. Dave's hurtin Haberno hot sauce, 2 cups Water, 1 box Rotelle Pasta Spirals

Brown the Turkey in the olive oil. Season with Louisiana seasoning and add the water. Add the onions and garlic. When turkey is almost browned add the stewed tomatoes. Cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes. Turn down to medium and add rest of ingredients except the mushrooms. Cook pasta. Drain and add 2 tsp. olive oil to pasta. Add mushrooms to the sauce. Serve sauce over pasta.
