1 cup sifted all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 T.cocoa
2tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 cup milk
2T.OLIVE OIL
1 tsp.vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 3/4 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together first 5 ingredients, add milk, oil and vanilla, mix until smooth. Stir in nuts, pour into greased pan. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa, sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over entire batter. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
