6 green peppers (hollowed out)
1 onion (diced)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Minute Rice
salt and pepper
2 cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl mix onion, ground beef, Minutes Rice, salt and pepper, 1/2 can tomato soup together. Spoon into hollowed out peppers. Place peppers in roasting pan pouring remaining tomato soup over peppers, plus 1/2 can water. Bake at 375 for about 40 to 50 minutes or until peppers are soft, then serve.
