1/2 cup butter
3 cups chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups hot turkey stock
5 cups toasted coarse bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup toasted almonds, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1-2 teaspoon sage

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and saute until translucent. In large pan pour turkey stock over bread crumbs. Cool five minutes. Add onion mixture and all other ingredients. Mix well. Bake in oiled casserole dish. Or, this is enough stuffing for a 10 pound turkey
