1 head romaine lettuce, washed & torn
4 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tbsp. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
8 tbsp. fat-free raspberry vinaigrette
1 pear, cored and sliced

1. Heat pecans in 350 oven on cookie sheet. Mix honey, corn syrup and cinnamon. Pour over pecans and mix well. Return to oven. Stir until all liquid is absorbed in pecans. Cool on parchment or waxed paper. Break up into bowl.
2. Wash romaine and spin dry or pat with paper towels. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Divide among 4 plates.
3. Divide cranberries, cheese, pecans and pear among the four plates. Serve with vinaigrette salad dressing.
