6 pork chops (1/2-3/4" thick) 1-1 1/2 c. ground oat flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. milk 1 egg 1/4 c. butter, melted
Coat meat with combined dry ingredients; dip into combined milk and egg. Coat again with dry ingredients. Place in foil-lined baking pan; drizzle butter over meat. Bake in preheated 400º oven about 45 min.
