6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed (crusts are best)
1 lb. mild bulk sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain and cool. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and mustard; beat again. Add bread cubes and stir. Add cheese and sausage; stir. Pour into greased baking dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min. until brown around the edges. (If using a 2 qt. glass pan, bake only 30 min.)
