2 cups sugar
1 cup Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 can Apple Pie filling

Glaze
2 tbsp. milk
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour tube pan.
2. Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour and spices. Add to creamed mixture. Add pie filling and nuts. Mix well.
3. Pour into tube pan. Bake for 1-1/2 hours. Completely cool.
4. Mix glaze. Spoon over cake.
