1 pkg (8oz.) cream cheese
1 can (15 oz.) Chili (with or without the beans)
8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese and layer the bottom of an 7x11-inch pan. Spread Chili over the cream cheese. Sprinkle the cheese over the chili. Bake in oven at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
