2 T. parsley
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

This makes enough for 1 whole chicken. Marinade 6 hours and then bake or grill.

We like to use this on chicken legs. It is a great kid friendly finger food. The recipe actually comes from Bill's Aunt in Michigan.
