1 1/2 cups self-rising Corn Meal
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup oil
1 medium onion
2 tsp. crushed red pepper (more if you like)
2 eggs
1 small can cream style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Mix all together and pour into hot greased pan.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until done.
