1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 lbs ground pork
3/4 cup finely dried bread crumbs
1 T salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 beaten egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of beef broth, or milk or red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Bake on a cookie sheet or fry in a skillet with a little oil. Or drop raw into spaghetti sauce - but be sure to simmer sauce long enough to cook thoroughly!

These meatballs can be frozen after they are cooked for later use. Freeze on a sheet pan, separated, then store in a freeze bag.
