Short Ribs Flour 2 T Oil 2 med sliced onions 2 T catsup 2 T vinegar 1 tsp thyme
Dredge short ribs in flour. Brown in the oil. Put ribs in a casserole dish. In the skillet, add the remaining ingredients and heat to a boil. Pour over ribs. Cover and bake @ 275º for 2-1/2 hours. Great with noodles!
