3 oz. light Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 T. sugar
3 T. lowfat milk
2 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheese, sugar and milk until well blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes. Makes 2 cups.
