Ingredients:  
1 med chopped onion
2 T oil
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp dry rosemary
3 T red wine vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1-1/2 cups beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in the oil for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Put roast in deep bowl and cover with marinade. Store in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Turn roast every few hours. Roast in oven or on the barbecue.
