4 c. herb seasoned croutons
3 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimiento (I omit.)
3/4 c. mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip.)
2 tsp. prepared mustard (I use 1 or omit.)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. Half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13" pan. Put half of croutons in bottom of pan. Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayo, pimiento and mustard. Spread over top of croutons. Mix eggs and half & half. Pour over top. Cover with remaining croutons. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 2 - 24 hours. Preheat oven to 375. Bake uncovered for 60 min. Let stand for 10 min. before cutting.
