4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
3 Tbsp. bottled or fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/2-1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour to coat. Melt butter in 10” skillet. Add chicken breasts, cook over medium heat until chicken is lightly browned. Remove chicken from pan - set aside. In the pan stir together the teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar. Return chicken to pan, simmer about 3 minutes, turn over and continue cooking until fork tender and glazed and the sauce is thick.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
