Rib bones from roasted rib roast
salt
pepper
bread crumbs
2 T English mustard
3 T Heavy Cream
3 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roasted rib bones into individual pieces, leaving generous portions of meat on the bones. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Make a thin paste from 2 T English mustard and 3 T heavy cream. Coat rib bones all around with mustard paste. Sprinkle generously with fine bread crumbs, covering bones completely. Dot generously with 3 T melted butter. Place under broiler until crisp and crusty, turning to brown on all sides.
