2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. melted unsweetened baker's chocolate
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Refrigerate at least three hours. Heat oven to 350. Drop dough by teaspoon in powdered sugar and roll. Make into balls and place two inches apart on greased pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
