2 cube steaks 1 beaten egg 8 soda crackers salt pepper oil
Beat egg in flat bowl. Put crackers in a plastic bag and crush them finely. Put crushed crackers in a flat dish. Heat oil in skillet. Take a cube steak and dip in egg, then in crackers and fry in hot oil slowly until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
