1 13-oz. can chicken breast meat
1/4 c. Craisins (dried cranberries)
1/4 c. chopped walnuts


Dressing:
2/3 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. honey
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, craisins, walnuts in one bowl. In separate bowl, mix together salad dressing, honey, nutmeg and ginger. Combine mixtures. If mixture seems dry, add additional salad dressing to desired consistency. Serve on lettuce.
