2 sprigs organic rosemary 6-8 leaves organic sage 2 large or 3 small zucchini 4 large cloves garlic, sliced thin 1 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp. kosher salt or tsp. regular salt pepper and hot seeds
Put all ingredients in medium sauce pot. Peel zucchini and then keep peeling into thin slices - do not add seeds or skin. Bring to a boil and then reduce and simmer 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature and serve with sliced italian bread.
