2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion chopped
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can corn
1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can diced tomatoes and chilies
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion. Combine soup and tomatoes - set aside. Mix corn, beans and seasoning with the onion and beef. Put layer of tortillas in 13x9 pan, top with beef mixture, then tomato and soup mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Let set a few minutes before serving.
