1 lb ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1/3 c. hot water
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg of ranch potatoes (or scalloped - whatever "boxed" potato you choose)
1 can green beans
1 c. frozen corn (or any vegetables that you like)
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook beef and onion. Drain. Stir in water, milk and potatoes with contents of sauce mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the vegetables. Cover and cook for 4 minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
