Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 - 5 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c white wine (I use cooking wine)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken breast in thirds or fourths. Put in crock pot. Mix the soup and the wine together til smooth. Pour over the chicken and cook on low for several hours or high for about 2-3 hours. I serve this over or with canned, sliced potatoes that have been fried in onion and olive oil. I have also served it with mashed potatoes and buttered noodles. It's great with all three.

You can use this same sauce with pork chops.
