1 pkg.mushrooms with stems
1 stick of butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c.Italian bread crumbs
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take your mushrooms out of package.Separate
stems from caps Wash well, Lay your mushrooms
on a baking sheet. Fill the centers with bread crumbs ,then lay a slice of butter on top of each
mushroom. On the top of the butter, sprinkle parmesan cheese and salt,and pepper,and Lemon, Put tray in oven on 350 for 15 minutes untill they are brown take out and serve hot.
