1 onion ,sliced
1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 green pepper, sliced
2 c. spaghetti sauce heated
1 T. oil
1 1/2 c. Montery cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill. Place onions,peppers and garlic in aluminum foil. Drizzle oil over vegetables. Wrap foil to enclose. Place on grill away from direct flames. Cover grill and cook for 25 minutes. Place sausage directly on grill grates. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning often, until fully cooked. Slice sausages diagonally into bite size pieces. Heat tortillas in foil for 5 minutes. Place sausage and vegetables onto center of tortilla shell and top with sauce and cheese. Fold into Burritos. Makes 8-10 servings.

This recipe calls for spaghetti sauce, but Paul thought it would be better with pizza sauce. If you like a milder tomato flavor, use the spaghetti sauce, for more flavor use pizza sauce.
