10 lbs potatoes
1 "blue" box American cheese
2 bunches green onions
1 cube butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until almost done. Drain and cool. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Place cubed potatoes in a 9x12 baking dish. Grate cheese and place on top of the potatoes. Chop onions and sprinkle on top of cheese. Cut butter into chunks and scatter on top. Cover with foil and Bake @ 350 for one hour.
