2c. apple slices, cooked
2 T. flour
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sour cream
pinch salt. 9 inch pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Mash apples slightly; add flour, sugar and pinch salt. Beat eggs and vanilla, add to apple mix. Blend sour cream into apple mix. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 mins. Remove and sprinkle with topping, return to oven for 15 mins.
Topping: Rub together like pastry dough 1/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c flour. 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 soft butter or margarine.

Dad loves this pie! He likes good old American apple pie but this is his favorite! The cream and the pre-cooked apples make it Swedish.
