Brownie Layers:
1 pkg. Ghiradelli Brownie Mix
c. oil
c. water
1 egg

Filling:
1 (8oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c. milk
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
5 c. sliced strawberries (2 pints)

Directions:
Directions:
Line two 9 round cake pans with foil and spray. In large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients. Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool and freeze 1 hour until firm. In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Beat in pudding mix. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Place 1 layer of brownie on plate, top with filling and 2 cups strawberries. Place remaining layer topside up on berries. Top with remaining filling and berries. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired. Store in refrigerator until time to serve.
