3 c. flour
1Tbsp. + 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. oil
c. orange juice
1 c. fresh/frozen cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9x5 loaf pans. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil, and juice beat until just blended. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture stir until just blended. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into loaf pans. Bake for 60-65 minutes.
