1 lb. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nutmeats
3 eggs, beaten separately
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix eggs and vanilla in separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Cut into small squares immediately. When cool, put in a bag of powdered sugar and shake.
