1 brisket
2 bottles Claude's marinade
1/2 beer (for tenderizing)
oak wood

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in a large roasting pan. Pour marinade and beer over brisket. Marinate 8-12 hours in the fridge. Cook 8-12 hours over low heat (around 200º) in smoker with oak wood. Remove from smoker and place back in roasting pan with original marinade (that has been stored in the fridge). Place in 200º oven for another 12 hours. Enjoy.
