DRESSING:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 T. cider vinegar
1 T. fresh basil, chopped
1 T. fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. onion, minced
2 T. capers
Fresh lemon juice to taste
salt and pepper to taste

2 large fresh tomatoes
Fresh mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk well.
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange on platter. Pour dressing over and enjoy.
