2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup and sugar in heavy pan. Stir until mixed together on medium high. PUt lid on and boil for 5 minutes with lid on. Take off stove. Add butter. Stir hard! Bring back to boil. Add milk *SLOWLY* .....drizzle milk with hole in can....the slower, the creamier. Cook to soft ball stage. Can cook to less than soft ball stage if you want to dip individual pieces into caramel like fondue. If you want to dip whole apple in, cook to soft ball stage so it will cling to apply.

Personal Notes:
"Imagine how many people you have to be better than to be #1?-It is an enormous task because you are going up against people who have similar goals and experiences and aspirations. You have to be better! It's tough. That's why so few people ever reach their goals. You accept nothing less than your best!"
