1 Pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 8oz. pkg Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Sugar
3/8 cup Water
1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 cup Sugar
Dash Salt
Fresh Fruit: Strawberries, Kiwi, Pineapple, Bananas, Peaches whatever you like (I used Can Pineapple and Mandarin Oranges)

Grease pizza pan and spread cookie dough on pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool. Prepare cream filling by combining cream cheese, vanilla, 1/2 cup sugar. Spread on crust after it has cooled.
GLAZE: Combine water, juice, lemon juice, corn starch, sugar and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil for 1 minute and cool completely. Layer fruit over cream cheese mixture. Spread glaze over fruit and refrigerate.
