4 large baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
6 c. milk
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 green onions, chopped
10 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 t. chicken base

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 400 for 1 hour. Cool and cut into small cubes. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, bacon, cheddar cheese and chicken base. Cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in sour cream. Garnish with onion, bacon and cheese before serving, if desired.
