6 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup of milk, sugar, chocolate and cinnamon. Cook and stir over medium heat until milk is very hot (do not boil) and chocolate is melted. Gradually stir in remaining milk. Gradually stir 1 cup of milk mixture into eggs. Add back to pan. Cook and stir for 2 minutes over low heat. Stir in vanilla. Beat until frothy with rotary beater. Dollup each mug with whipped cream.
