4 c. water 4 c. instant potatoes 6 T butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. cottage cheese 1 c. sour cream 2 1/2 T dry minced onions
Bring water, butter and salt to a boil; then add potatoes. Mix in cottage cheese, sour cream and minced onions. Top casserole with bread crumbs mixed with small amount of melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
