1 package oreos crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted

1- 8 oz package cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz.cool whip

Small box of chocolate pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st three ingredients and press in bottom of 9x13 pan. Save a little of this for the topping. Chill.

Mix together the next 3 ingredients and pour over oreo cookie mixture. Return to refrigerator to chill.

Mix small box of chocolate pudding according to directions on package. Pour over 2nd layer.

Spread cool whip over chocolate pudding. Spread remaining oreo mixture on top.

Chill for a couple of hours in the refrigerator and it is ready to serve.

(Instead of oreos, you can use vanilla wafers or graham crackers as well as substitute the chocolate pudding for any other flavor)
