1 lb. ham, cubed
4 - 5 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
2 T flour
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large fry pan, brown ham cubes in oil. While they are browning, mix onion, flour, soup, milk & pepper in jar and shake until creamy. Remove ham from pan and reserve. Put soup mixture in fry pan. Heat and get lumps out. In 2 qt. casserole put a little of the soup mixture. Layer potatoes, some ham. Repeat. Pour remaining soup mixture on top and cover with lid or foil. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes to brown. Let stand short time before serving.
