1 13" x 9" pan of baked corn bread, crumbled
Turkey giblets
2 c. water
1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread according to directions on package. Boil giblets in water until done, save broth. Fry sausage until brown and drain grease. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Add broth a little at a time. Dressing mixture should be moist, but not soupy. Transfer to one (or more) well greased baking dishes. Bake in preheated 350 oven for one hour or until edges of dressing are brown and crispy.
