6 T. butter
4 med. size onions, finely chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
5 c. toasted bread or saltines, coarsely crumbled
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 pt. stewing oysters, quartered
1/2 c. turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in a large skillet. Saute onions and celery until transparent. Stir in crumbs, seasonings and oysters. Transfer all to baking dish and pour turkey broth on top. Cook in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes.
