3 Lbs Hamburger (non-lean)
1 Lb Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
1 Onion (diced)
1 T Season Salt
1 T Garlic Salt
1/2 T Pepper
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 c Water

4 Servings approx.
1 Large jar spaghetti sauce
2 Cups M cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and use meatball maker (like an ice cream scoop with two handles) put into a large cake pan (9x13 or larger) and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min, pour off grease, turn over and bake 30 min more or until done. Put 2 or 3 meatballs (or more)into individual baking dishes add heated spaghetti sauce and cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake about 20 min or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.

The two of us get at least four meals (meatballs and gravy, spaghetti and meatballs and or the meatballs and cheese) from a pan of meatballs plus sandwiches.
