3 Tbsp. Minced Onion
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
1/2 c. Tomato Puree
2-1/2 lb. Bottom Round of Beef
1-1/2 c. Celery, sliced
2 c. Beef Broth
1/4 c. Red Wine

Directions:
Heat oil in dutch oven. Add beef and cook on medium heat till brown on both sides. Add other ingredients and bring to boil, cover, and simmer in oven at 350 for 3 hours till tender.
